Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is 5–10 business days, but during periods of high demand, processing may take up to 14–20 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–20 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


No Cancellations After 12 Hours

Orders cannot be canceled once 12 hours have passed, as they immediately begin processing in our fulfillment system.


Address Accuracy

Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or if the package is returned due to address issues, we cannot issue refunds.

If the item is returned to us, the customer must pay for reshipment.


Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are provided when available.

Some carriers may take 3–7 business days to update tracking after the label is created.


Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

 

  • Customs

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak season volume

  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer

 


Delays do not qualify for refunds.


Lost Packages

A package is considered “lost” only if:

 

  • Tracking shows no movement for 30+ days, AND

  • The carrier officially confirms it as lost

 


If those conditions are met, we will send a free replacement.

Refunds for lost packages are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided.


Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows the order as delivered, the order is considered complete.

We do not refund or replace items marked as delivered, as this is typically an issue with the local carrier or delivery address.


Customers must contact their local post office or carrier for assistance.


Refused / Unclaimed Packages

Packages refused or left unclaimed are not eligible for refunds.

If returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying additional shipping fees to have it resent.
