📦 Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 10–14 business days.
We work hard to ensure orders ship as quickly as possible.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after processing.
Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs inspections, or peak season traffic.
Order Changes & Address Issues
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to addresses, items, or quantities.
If the customer enters the wrong address and the package is delivered to that address, we cannot replace or refund the order.
Lost / Delayed Packages
If tracking shows the package is in transit, delayed, or still moving, we cannot issue refunds.
A package is only considered lost if it has had no tracking movement for 30 consecutive days.
🔄 Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, reach out within 7 days of delivery with:

A short explanation of the issue
If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, we’ll ship the correct one once we receive proof of the mistake.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided if:

Your item is damaged and no replacement is available

The order never arrives and shows no tracking movement for 30+ days

The carrier confirms the package is lost
Orders marked “delivered” by the carrier aren’t eligible for refunds.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is filed while the order is still deliverable or in transit, we may dispute it using proof of shipping and delivery.
